Points for available non-cash rewards
Sabaidi Points are promotional programme units. They are not cash, electronic money or stored value, and there is no guaranteed public conversion rate between points and money.
- Only Approved points can be redeemed.
- Available rewards and point requirements appear in the app.
- Coupons and vouchers may have merchant expiry dates and usage conditions.
- Sabaidi does not offer cash withdrawals, bank transfers or e-wallet payments.

Frequently asked questions
Is Sabaidi free to join?
Yes. Sabaidi does not charge a registration fee. Mobile data or internet charges from your provider may still apply.
Who can create an account?
You must be at least 18, live in a country where Sabaidi is available, meet the eligibility requirements for your country, and use your own accurate information. In Thailand, users aged 18 or 19 may require verified involvement from a parent or legal representative depending on the activity and applicable legal basis.
Will I qualify for every survey?
No. Survey invitations and qualification depend on research criteria, quotas, your profile, location, device, prior participation and quality controls.
Can I exchange Sabaidi Points for cash?
No. Points may be used only for available non-cash rewards displayed in the app. They cannot be withdrawn to a bank account or electronic wallet.
Why are points sometimes Pending?
Pending points may be reviewed for eligibility, response quality, duplicate participation and fraud prevention. Only Approved points can be redeemed.
How do I delete my account?
Use the account-deletion option in the Sabaidi app where available, or submit a public web request on our Delete Account page. We will verify the request before deletion.
