1. Point statuses
Pending
Points may first appear as Pending after an eligible activity. Pending points are not available for redemption while eligibility, response quality, duplicate participation and fraud checks are completed.
Approved
Approved points are available for redemption, subject to the available reward catalogue and any disclosed minimum or programme limits.
Reserved or deducted
When you submit a redemption request, the required Approved points may be reserved or deducted while the request is reviewed.
Returned or adjusted
If a redemption is rejected, points deducted for that request are returned. We may correct mistakes, duplicates, invalid responses, prohibited activity or technical errors.
2. Redemption
The app displays available rewards, required points, merchant face value, processing status and expiry conditions. Fulfilment may require verified contact or delivery information. Redeem eligible points before account deletion.
3. Reward conditions
- Sabaidi Points are promotional units, not cash, electronic money or stored value.
- No bank transfer, cash withdrawal or e-wallet payout is offered.
- There is no guaranteed public points-to-money conversion rate.
- Reward availability and future point requirements may change.
- Merchant conditions may include expiry dates, participating locations, minimum purchases, exclusions and usage limits.
4. Fair participation
One genuine account per person is permitted unless we expressly approve otherwise. Bots, duplicate participation, VPN or proxy use to misrepresent eligibility, false information and manipulation of survey or reward systems are prohibited.
