Request permanent deletion through the app where available or use this public web form. You do not need to sign in to submit a web request.

What happens next

  1. Submit your account email.
    Do not provide a password or OTP.
  2. We verify the request.
    We may contact you using verified account details.
  3. Eligible data is deleted or anonymised.
    Some limited records may be retained where legally necessary.
Before deleting: Redeem eligible Approved points first. Deletion may permanently remove access to survey history, point balances and unredeemed rewards.
